<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple and compact oil console facility which prevents oil from being discharged to the atmosphere. <P>SOLUTION: The oil console facility includes: a lubricant tank 11 for storing lubricant L to be supplied to bearings 4a, 4b, 4c, 4d of a rotor; a supply pipe 12 and a lubricant delivery pump 14 for supplying the lubricant L in the lubricant tank 11 to the bearings 4a, 4b, 4c, 4d of the rotor; a drain pipe 13 for retrieving the lubricant L in the lubricant tank 11 after lubrication of the bearings 4a, 4b, 4c, 4d of the rotor; an atmospheric release pipe 17e which is connected to the lubricant tank 11 so as to discharge gas from the lubricant tank 11; and a lubricant injection device 60 which injects droplets of the lubricant L into the atmospheric release pipe 17e. The lubricant injection device 60 is a delivery pipe 61 having one end communicating with the supply pipe, and the other end penetrating the atmospheric release pipe.
