<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for assisting in setting a burden distribution at a blast furnace top and a method for assisting in setting a burden distribution at the blast furnace top, which easily correct a burden distribution into a distribution that is configured in light of operational conditions of the blast furnace when provided with a targeted burden distribution in the operation of the blast furnace. <P>SOLUTION: The method for assisting in setting a burden distribution at the blast furnace top, includes the steps of: obtaining a reference burden distribution (reference distribution); obtaining a burden distribution as an initial target (initial distribution); obtaining a ratio of an ore layer volume to a total volume of the ore layer and a coke layer based on the reference distribution; obtaining a ratio of an ore layer volume to a total volume of the ore layer and a coke layer based on the initial distribution; and when the difference between both ratios is lower than a predetermined threshold, determining the initial distribution which is used in obtaining the ratio of the reference distribution, as the targeted burden distribution, and when the difference is larger than the predetermined threshold, setting a distribution that is obtained by partially correcting the initial distribution, as an initial distribution and returning to the step of obtaining the ratio based on the initial distribution. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
