<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roll medium feeding device with a tension difference between right and left sides of the roll medium taken into consideration. <P>SOLUTION: The roll medium feeding device (2) includes: a tension applying section (7) that comes in contact with the roll medium (P) which is unrolled from a rolled state and conveyed and that applies the tension to the roll medium (P); and supporting sections (8 and 9) that support the tension applying section (7).
