Disclosed is a battery pack which is provided with cells and holders that sandwich the cells. Each holder is provided with a holding section that holds each cell such that the electrodes of the cell protrude from between other holder that is sandwiching a cell, and a plurality of protruding sections, which protrude in the direction in which each electrode protrudes from the holding section, and which face each other such that the protruding sections sandwich the electrode that protrudes from the holding section. Each protruding section is provided with: a channel, which is formed in the direction in which the cell is sandwiched, and which has a fluid flowing therein; and an opening, which communicates with the channel, and which is opened toward the electrode that protrudes from the holding section.
