摘要 Provided are an endoscopic image processing apparatus, program, etc. which enable efficient treatment on the basis of evaluating endoscopic images resulting from image processing. The endoscopic image processing apparatus comprises: an image-acquiring part (320) that acquires an image containing a picture of the subject as a normally observed image and acquires, as a magnified image, an image that magnifies the picture of the subject within the region of observation that is a portion of the normally observed image; a region of interest-specifying unit (330) which specifies the region of interest that is the region to be examined; and a boundary-setting unit (340) that detects the positions of the boundaries on the normally observed image that correspond to the boundaries of the region of interest in the specified magnified image on the basis of pixel values in the magnified image and sets the boundary image that represents the boundaries of the region of interest at the detected positions of the boundaries on the normally observed image.
