Disclosed is a pipe tapping device. According to one preferred embodiment of the present invention, a pipe tapping device used for connecting a main pipe and a sub pipe includes: a hollow main body having a space for the movement of a fluid between the main pipe and the sub pipe, and having both sides open; a movement drum having an outer surface that is in close contact with the inner surface of the main body and mounted to be movable along the inner surface of the main body; a cutter positioned in the movement drum; and a lower sealing section, which seals a gap between the inner surface of the movement drum and the outer surface of the cutter, and is fixed to the outer surface of the cutter and movable along the inner surface of the movement drum. According to the pipe tapping device of the present invention, at the time of tapping, the movement drum, the cutter and the lower sealing section move together towards the main pipe and the main pipe is perforated while the movement drum and the lower sealing section are in close contact. Therefore, leakage of a fluid that is conveyed via the main pipe is prevented during the tapping. |
