<p>An airbag is inflated and expanded in a short time to quickly move a protection panel. An airbag device (1) is disposed at the base section (2) of a vehicle. The airbag device (1) is provided with: a protection panel (10) covering the base section (2); an airbag (20); and an inflator. The inflator generates gas to inflate and expand the airbag (20). The airbag (20) has at least two rising sections (30) and is inflated and expanded between the base section (2) and the protection panel (10). The rising sections (30) are raised by the inflation from the base section (2) and move the protection panel (10).</p> |
