摘要

PURPOSE: A composition for lightweight porcelain and a manufacturing method of the lightweight porcelain using thereof are provided to enhance mixing with slurry for porcelain which contains moisture by using hydrophilic hollow-type poly acrylonitrile. CONSTITUTION: A composition for lightweight porcelain comprises slurry which contains 25-45 wt% of moisture and 0.01-3 wt% of hollow poly acrylonitrile based on 100 weight% of slurry. The slurry contains solid powder and moisture. The solid powder comprises 40-75 weight% of SiO2, 10-35 weight% of Al2O3, 1-15 weight% of Na2O and K2O, and 1-15 weight% of CaO and MgO. The hollow poly acrylonitrile is surface-coated with ethanol or methanol and has hydrophilic property.
