<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical disk recording device capable of reducing generation of an abnormality when performing a focus balance adjustment in an unrecorded optical disk. <P>SOLUTION: The optical disk recording device includes: a light source emitting beam light; a measurement part (an execution part in step S10) for performing specific recording in the unrecorded optical disk to measure modulation in a recording area where the specific recording is performed; a determination part (the execution part in step S20) for determining whether or not the modulation in the recording area where the specific recording is performed is a threshold or below; a change part (an execution part in step S30) for changing power of the light source during test light from a standard when the determination result in the determination part is not "No"; and a focus balance adjustment part (the execution part in step S40 and S50) for performing the test light for the unrecorded optical disk and performing focus balance adjustment in an area where the test light is performed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
