<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an air conditioner that has high heating capacity by stably driving an outdoor fan electric motor against influences caused by the frost of an outdoor heat exchanger and outside wind during heating drive. <P>SOLUTION: The electric motor 8 drives a wind blow fan 7 which blows wind to the outdoor heat exchanger 3. An inverter control means 11 controls a voltage that is output by an inverter 9 for applying a voltage to the electric motor 8 with a DC power supply 10 as a power supply. A discharge means 18 discharges a voltage charged by a charge means 17 at a first time constant. The inverter control means 11 detects a current flowing in a shunt resistor 14 on the basis of the voltage charged by the charge means 17, when the detected current exceeds a prescribed value, makes the inverter 9 lower a frequency of an output voltage, and when the detected current is lowered to the prescribed value or lower, makes the inverter 9 increase the frequency of the output voltage, and performs control so that a duty ratio of the voltage applied to the shunt resistor 14 may be increased. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
