<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foldable storage device comprising at least one integrated circuit module and at least one carrier plate. <P>SOLUTION: When the carrier plate is folded, at least two folding sections are developed on the carrier plate. When the folding sections and the integrated circuit module are in a cooperative folded and stacked form, the height of the integrated circuit module plus the height of folding sections is not greater than the height of a universal serial bus (USB) male connector.
