<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate any primer coating work after the surface treatment, to simplify the reforming of a base material, and to improve the efficiency of the works for executing the adhesion (an adhesive, a double-sided adhesive tape or the like), the printing, the coating or the like on the base material. <P>SOLUTION: In the method for modifying the surface of a base material, organometallic compound liquid having the boiling point of 110°C or higher and liquid combustion gas are enclosed in a fuel tank B, the organometallic compound liquid and the liquid combustion gas are allowed to flow out of the tank in a mixed state, the organometallic compound liquid is vaporized after vaporizing the liquid combustion gas, and its combustion flame 30 is blown onto the base material while jetting the organometallic compound liquid. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
