<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately detect a flaw formed on an irradiation object surface by eliminating influences of dust and the like attached to the irradiation object surface of a housing without complicating the apparatus configuration. <P>SOLUTION: The radiographic imaging apparatus captures a radiation image for detecting a flaw to detect white line defects and black line defects; determines, as a disconnection-derived defect (refer to "white line defects A"), line defects that are parallel in the X direction or the Y direction, have thin thickness and have white line defects located in the upstream side of the readout direction or an opposite side to the driver; determines line defects whose positions are moved in a recaptured radiation image (refer to (B)) for flaw detection as floating contamination-derived defects (refer to "white line defects B" and "black line defects A"); determines white line defects without any displacement as the line defects (refer to "white line defects C") derived from contamination stuck to the irradiation object surface of the housing; and determines black line defects without any displacement as line defects (refer to "black line defects B") derived from a flaw formed on the irradiation object surface of the housing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
