<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a furring strip fastening member capable of fixing a heat insulation material over a long period of time by a simple structure, and a construction structure using it. <P>SOLUTION: The furring strip fastening member comprises a furring strip receiving plate, a bolt hole part, a spring part, and a back surface plate. The furring strip receiving plate and the back surface plate are planar and face each other, the bolt hole part is provided on a center part of the furring strip receiving plate, the spring part connects the furring strip receiving plate and the back surface plate, and a through-hole is provided on a center part of the back surface plate. Also, in the construction structure of a building, a bolt attached to an anchor driven to a skeleton wall of the building comprising a concrete wall and a heat insulation material disposed on the outer side passes through the through-hole of the back surface plate of the furring strip fastening member and is connected in the state of being screwed with the bolt hole part. A furring strip is connected to the furring strip fastening member, and an outer wall material is fastened to the furring strip.
