<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intercom system for collective housing which allows for easy confirmation, in the dwelling unit, of the charged state of an electric vehicle in a charging system that is distant from the dwelling unit in a residential building. <P>SOLUTION: An intercom system 1 for collective housing comprises a charge information reception unit 14a connected with a charging system 2 of an electric vehicle 3 and receiving charge information by communicating with the charging system 2, and a charge information distribution unit 14b which receives the charge information from the charge information reception unit 14a upon receiving a request of the charge information from a dwelling unit intercom 11, designates the dwelling unit address of the requested dwelling unit intercom 11, and distributes the charge information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
