PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coaxial connector which is high in fixing strength to a substrate, has resistance to vibration and prevents the possibility of the intrusion of foreign matter, and also to provide the substrate having the coaxial connector, a method of manufacturing the substrate having the coaxial connector, and a coaxial connector coupling body.

SOLUTION: The coaxial connector includes: an outer conductor which is bonded to a conductive bonding member provided at a substrate-side outer conductor of a substrate surface with gaps; an insulator which is provided so as to come into contact with the inside of the outer conductor and adhered to a dielectric exposed to the substrate surface by an insulating adhesive; and a central conductor which is supported by the insulator while exposing the tip and bonded to the conductive bonding member provided at the substrate-side central conductor exposed to the substrate surface.
