摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a line thermal printer in which each part of a line thermal head can be moved to open positions equally separated from a platen roller without making a head attachment member generate torsion. <P>SOLUTION: In the line thermal printer 1, head side engaging parts 76, 77 formed in both ends of a head mounting plate 7 are pushed by an operating member side engaging part 22c, 23c formed in both ends of an operating member 20, and are extruded ahead as a whole without twisting the head mounting plate 7. In comparison with when operating only one side of the head mounting plate 7 by an operating member 20, twist rigidity required for the head mounting plate 7 can be made low, and weight reduction and cost reduction can be achieved for the part concerned. Torsion is not generated in the head mounting plate 7, so that each part in the printer width direction of the line thermal head 6 can form an open state which is uniformly separated from a platen roller 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
