摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for designing a probe set used for a detection method of a sample nucleic acid by detecting a hybrid body, for more sensitive and more specific detection of a micro quantity. <P>SOLUTION: The hybrid body is designed so that 70% or more of the hybrid body meets the followings: (1) a probe nucleic acid and the sample nucleic acid are bound through a hybrid part which is formed of a target sequence which a target chain of the sample nucleic acid has and a probe sequence which the probe nucleic acid has complementary to the target sequence of the probe set, and (2) the target chain of the sample nucleic acid is longer than the probe nucleic acid, a 5' end of the target chain is at a tip of an extension from a 5'-side end of the target sequence in the direction of 5' for at least the base of a primer, a 3' end of the target chain is at an extension from a 3'-side end of the target sequence in the direction of 3' for at least the base of the primer, and L1&le;L2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
