<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an internal standard gene proper for accurately measuring the expression level of a target gene present in a nasal mucosa specimen and a measuring method using the internal standard gene. <P>SOLUTION: In the method, the expression level of the target gene present in the nasal mucosa specimen by making a PUM1 gene the internal standard gene is accurately measured. In the case the target gene present in the nasal mucosa specimen is a histamine H1 accepter gene, the precise histamine H1 accepter gene expression level can be measured by devising the compounding ratio of the PUM1 gene amplifying primer and the histamine H1 accepter gene amplifying primer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
