<p>A connecting-rod folding structure comprising an upper cart frame assembly (1), a lower cart frame assembly (2), a handlebar assembly (3), and a swingarm assembly (4). A lower joint (11) is disposed between the upper cart frame assembly (1) and the lower cart frame assembly (2). A sliding sleeve (10) is disposed between the upper cart frame assembly (1) and the swingarm assembly (4). A connector (9) is disposed on the upper end of the upper cart frame assembly (1). A handlebar joint body (8) is disposed at the lower end of the handlebar assembly (3). The handlebar joint body (8) and the connector (9) are connected, and together, connect the handlebar assembly (3) and the upper cart frame assembly (1). A push-rod assembly (5) is disposed between the middle part of the handlebar assembly (3) and the tail end of the lower cart frame assembly (2). A connecting-rod assembly (6) is disposed between the middle part of the lower cart frame assembly (2) and the sliding sleeve (10). A pull-rod assembly (7) is disposed between the middle part of the swingarm assembly (4) and the lower joint (11). A clamp (15) is disposed on the handlebar joint body (8). A folding clasp (12) is disposed on top of the upper cart frame assembly (1). When opened, the folding clasp (12) locks the clamp (15).
