Disclosed is an optical path structure of a laser processing machine which performs laser processing by applying a laser beam to a work (13) from a processing head (12). The optical path structure has: a box-like housing (1) having an opening in one longitudinal surface; a light guide unit (30), which includes a bend block (5a) that is provided with a bend mirror that deflects, to the opening side, a laser beam travelling in the housing (1), and is disposed such that the bend block can move in the longitudinal direction of the housing (1), and an optical path tube (6a) that is provided to protrude from the bend block (5a) to the opening side, and which guides the laser beam to the processing head (12); a seal member (3), which is configured of an elastic body, and is disposed at the end portion of the opening; a strip-like moving member (4), which covers the opening by abutting on the seal member (3) outside of the housing (1), and which is movable in the longitudinal direction by sliding on the seal member (3), and is fixed to the light guide unit (30); and a drive means (7), which integrally moves the moving member (4) and the light guide unit (30) in the longitudinal direction of the moving member (4).
