PURPOSE: A cleaning solution supply device is provided to reduce the maintenance and repair costs by controlling the flow amount of a cleaning solution into a transfer tube using a controller. CONSTITUTION: A cleaning solution supply device comprises the following: an orifice pipe(20) including an orifice pipeline(21) in the inside, a fastening groove on the upper side, and a passage(23) on the lower side of the fastening groove to be connected to the orifice pipeline; a cleaning solution supply unit(30) supplying a cleaning solution supplied from the outside to the orifice pipe; a controller controlling the flow of the cleaning solution; a supply pipe body(31) including an operation pipe with an operation passage, connected to a supply passage coupled to an operation space inside the cleaning solution supply unit; a check valve device installed on the operation space; a water-tight packing installed on the bottom of the fastening groove; a check housing(322) opening and closing an inlet; a supporting member(323) located on the upper side of the water-tight packing; and an elastic spring(324) for pressing the check housing toward the inlet. |
