PURPOSE: An organopolysiloxane composition is provided to have high dielectric constant and low dielectric loss factor, andexcellent mechanical properties, especially high fracture elongation, maximum tensile strength, and spreading resistance. CONSTITUTION: An organopolysiloxane composition comprises: a compound having an aliphatic carbon-carbon-multiple bond; an organopolysiloxane having a Si-bonded hydrogen atom; or organopolysiloxane with SiC-bonded radical having Si-bonded hydrogen atom and an aliphatic carbon-carbon multiple bond; a mineral reinforcing filler having BET surface area of at least 50 m^2/g; carbon black having OAN of 10-500 ml/100g and BED surface are of 5-1100 m^2/g; and a heat-active catalyst. |
