PURPOSE: A device and a method for manufacturing a drop hose are provided to preciously control an attaching position of a nozzle chip and to firmly attach the nozzle chip in the inner circumference of a hose without using an adhesive. CONSTITUTION: A device for manufacturing a drop hose comprises a base die(32), a vacuum tank(36), a nozzle chip supplying unit(40), a nozzle chip guide rail(42), a nozzle chip vertical transferring load(50), a nozzle chip vertical transferring cam(54), and a cam driving member(60). A stopper is formed in a vertical transferring directional end part of the nozzle chip guide rail. A through-hole where a vertical transferring load passes through is formed in the lower end part of the nozzle chip guide rail. A rotational roller is rotated while contacting to the nozzle chip vertical transferring cam is mounted in the lower part of the nozzle chip vertical transferring load. The nozzle chip vertical transferring periodically reciprocates to up and down according to the nozzle chip vertical transferring cam rotating at a constant speed.
