PURPOSE: A laser apparatus for skin treatment is provided to reduce production costs can the volume thereof by using only a high voltage supply circuit. CONSTITUTION: A laser apparatus for skin treatment comprises a laser generation unit(100), a power supply unit(200), a UI unit(310), a cooling system unit(320), a handpiece unit(330), and a control unit(340). The laser generation unit includes an alexandrite laser resonator, an ND:YAG laser resonator, a visible ray laser resonator, a reflection mirror, a light detecting unit, and a light coupling lens unit. The power supply unit includes a high voltage generating unit, a switching unit, a discharge current feed port, a selecting unit, a transformer unit, and a reverse voltage prevention unit. The switching unit supplies high voltage. The selecting unit selectively interlinks the discharge current feed port.
