PURPOSE: A fluid spraying roller unit is provided to reduce damage generating on the surface of a roller and a product by forming a uniform oil film on the roller surface and reducing unbalanced pressure of fluid for supplying into the roller and spraying through the roller surface. CONSTITUTION: A fluid spraying roller unit(10) comprises a reinforcing roller(20), a sintering tube(40), and a supporting member. The reinforcing roller is supported by a shaft and has a fluid space. The sintering tube surrounds the outer circumference of the reinforcing member and is made by a porous material having a first porosity. The supporting member prevents the separation of the sintering tube from the reinforcing roller and is made by a porous material having a second porosity. In order to form an oil film on the outer circumference of the sintering tube, fluid in the fluid space is supplied to the sintering tube. The second porosity is higher than the first porosity of the sintering tube.
