<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state imaging device in which high sensitivity is maintained over the imaging region even if the incident light from the optical lens of a camera has a wider incident angle range, and sensitivity unevenness is reduced. <P>SOLUTION: In the solid-state imaging device having multiple unit pixels 11 arranged in matrix in the imaging region, the unit pixel 11 includes a light collection part 101 having a light collection element 101A and a light collection element 101B that have effective refractive index distributions different from each other in the surface direction of the imaging region and in contact with each other on the border line 50 in the unit pixel 11, and a light-receiving part 104 which receives the incident light collected by the light collection part 101.
