摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems wherein, since conventional mobile bodies including flying objects obtain propulsive force by a common method by which rearward momentum is provided to mass utilizing the action-reaction law, airplanes are limited in altitude and speed, and rockets have problems in cost and safety, propulsive force, and duration. <P>SOLUTION: In a device in which a rotating shaft G of a self-rotating rotor H is fixed to an arm F, the arm F is connected to a support member E so as to be rotated freely, and the support member E is fixed to a rotating shaft A, the rotor H is self-rotated while the rotating shaft A is rotated to produce a centrifugal force, and the direction of the self-rotation is adjusted so as to produce straightforward acceleration continuously in the extension direction of the rotating shaft A.
