<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymorphism detection probe capable of easily detecting G2677A/T mutation in an exon 21 of an MDRI gene at high sensitivity, a polymorphism detection method using the same, a method for evaluating a drug efficacy, and a polymorphism detection kit. <P>SOLUTION: The polymorphism detection prove in the exon 21 of the MDRI gene is constituted of at least one kind of a fluorescent labeled oligonucleotide selected from an oligonucleotide which has a sequence complementary to a base sequence of base length of 13 to 18 including 288th to 300th bases in a specific base sequence or a sequence analogous to the complementary sequence and in which a base complementary to the 288th base is labeled by a fluorescent dye and an oligonucleotide which has a sequence complementary the base sequence of a base length of 6 to 93 including 300th to 305th bases in a specific base sequence or a sequence analogous to the complementary sequence and in which the base complementary to the 305th base is labeled with a fluorescent dye. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
