A method and device for superposing auxiliary information of video signals are disclosed by the present invention. The method includes: obtaining audio signals of a first meeting place and at least one video signal of the first meeting place, wherein the video signal comprises multiple video objects of the first meeting place; obtaining indication information, wherein the indication information is used for indicating a video region where the video object,which is in the multiple video objects of the at least one video signal and corresponding to audio signal of the first meeting place the obtained audio signal,is showed on; Superposing the corresponding text information and video signal according to indication information so that the text information is displayed in the video region indicated by the indication information. The embodiments of the present invention ensure that the audio signal can be displayed on the display screen, where the corresponding video signal is showed on, in the way of subtitles under the multi-image video meeting application place so as to ensure the consistency of display locations of images and subtitles.
