PURPOSE: A double-shield exterior airbag device is provided to discharge the gas in a damaged partition chamber and keep the filling state of air bag gas in other partition chambers. CONSTITUTION: A double-shield exterior airbag device comprises an outer air cushion(110), an inner air cushion(120), and a plurality of partition chambers(130). The outer air cushion is filled with the gas offered from an inflator(30) and composed into a single cushion layer. The plurality of partition chambers is formed by a plurality of inner membranes(135) and connected with the inner air cushion through a gas hole(122).
