PURPOSE: A content transmission method while talking over a telephone in an SoIP(Service over Internet Protocol) terminal and server thereof are provided to conveniently offer desired information to a subscriber of an internet telephone in real time while talking over the telephone by using a TCP/IP(Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol) network route. CONSTITUTION: A communication unit(120) transmits processing results for a content transmission request. A control unit(130) searches content corresponding to the content transmission request of an SOIP terminal from a storage unit. The control unit transmits the searched content. The control unit transmits the transmission results to the SoIP terminal. A content management unit(140) provides content manufacturing environment. The content management unit manages the manufactured content.
