PURPOSE: A smart fever therapeutic agent using thermoresponsible polymers of a patch type is provided to effectively release drugs and treat fever. CONSTITUTION: A smart fever therapeutic agent has termoresponsible polymers of a patch type. The thermoresponsible polymers are poly(N-isopropylacrylamide)(PNIPAAm) and causes phase transition at 32°C of LCS(lower critical solution temperature). The PNIPAAm is soluble in water under LCST and has hydrophobicity over LCST. The therapeutic agent contains thermoresponsible micelles.
