<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a titanium black dispersion which allows for formation of a light-shielding film having excellent infrared light shielding function, and reduction of residue on the outside of a region where the light-shielding film is formed. <P>SOLUTION: The titanium black dispersion contains (A) titanium black particles, (B) a dispersant, and (C) an organic solvent, where 90% or more of the dispersed body consisting of the (A) titanium black particles has a particle size of 30 nm or less. The titanium black dispersion is used for formation of a light-shielding film which is provided on the other surface of a silicon substrate having one surface provided with image sensors and shields infrared light. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
