<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ground fault display capable of being inspected regardless of a rusting state of overhead ground wires. <P>SOLUTION: A ground fault display 10 includes inspection winding wires 27a, 27b which can be attached to overhead ground wires 51 for each of detection winding wires 26a, 26b. An electric current is passed from a simulated power production circuit 33 to the inspection winding wires 27a, 27b so that simulated power which simulates power produced by a fault current is produced from the detection winding wires 26a, 26b. As a result, the simulated power can be produced without passing the electric current through the overhead ground wires 51.
