<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus preventing the deterioration of a solution which is caused by dissolved air by using an ultrasonic oscillation treatment. <P>SOLUTION: A liquid 2 to be treated by ultrasonic is put in a container 1, and a carbon dioxide gas cylinder 3 is connected to this container 1 via a valve 4 and an intake pipe 5. Also, an atomizing tank 8 is connected to the container 1 via a supply pipe 6 and a liquid supply device 7, an ultrasonic oscillator 9 is mounted at the bottom of the atomizing tank 8, an oscillation output is applied to the ultrasonic oscillator 9 from an oscillator 10, a blower 12 is connected to the atomizing tank 8 via a first air duct 11, a demister 14 is connected to the blower 12 via a second air duct 13, a cooling tank 16 is connected to the demister 14 via a third air duct 15, and the atomizing tank 8 is connected to the cooling tank 16 via a fourth air duct 17. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
