<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foldable assembly type box in which any losses of the assembly step are few, and easily-assembled side plates form a multi-layer structure. <P>SOLUTION: In the foldable assembly type box, a first fold is formed in the bottom plate (11) parallel to a pair of side plates (12, 13), and a second fold is further formed in a middle plate (19) parallel to the first folds. The middle plate (19) is folded at the fold, and the side plate (13) on the other side of the bottom plate (11) is folded inwardly at the fold of the bottom plate (11).
