<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agrochemical concentrate having a continuous water-containing single phase which is characterized in that the continuous phase also comprises an oil-based adjuvant and a hydrotrope capable of solubilising the adjuvant in the continuous phase, a process for making these concentrates, and a method of using these concentrates. <P>SOLUTION: The agrochemical concentrate has a continuous water-containing phase. The continuous phase comprises an oil-based adjuvant and a hydrotrope capable of solubilising the adjuvant in the continuous phase. The adjuvant is selected from long chain ethoxylate versions of synthetic or fatty acids, alcohols and amines, and the hydrotrope is a phenol type.
