<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning blade preventing image failure from occurring for a long period of time even when using a polymerization toner and excellent in abrasion resistance. <P>SOLUTION: A cleaning blade used for an image forming apparatus utilizing an electrostatic transfer process comprises a polyurethane elastic body. The polyurethane elastic body is obtained by executing a reaction of: an isocyanate group-containing pseudo prepolymer obtained by reacting a diisocyanate compound and polycaprolactone diol (P1) having a number average molecular weight (Mw) of 2,000 to 4,000; a polyol compound produced by mixing at least polycaprolactone diol (P1) and polycaprolactone diol (P2) having a number average molecular weight (Mw) of 500 to 1,000 and having a number average molecular weight (Mw) of 1,500 to 1,950 after mixing; and a hardening agent component. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
