<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure which efficiently radiates heat, prevents increase of man hours to create an advantage in terms of cost, and also prevents the quality deterioration, and to provide a lighting device including the structure. <P>SOLUTION: A structure 10 and a lighting device 21 including the structure 10 include a heat radiation housing 11, an LED package 12 in which an LED chip 14 is mounted on a base material 13, a material 16 having heat conductivity and electric insulation and disposed between the heat radiation housing 11 and the LED package 12 when the LED package 12 is attached to the heat radiation housing 11, and a plastic fluid 18 to which particles having high heat conductivity are added or an adhesive. An outer shape of the material 16 is smaller than an outer shape of the LED package 12, and the material 16 has grooves 19 for releasing excess plastic fluid 18 or adhesive on a surface where the LED package 12 is closely contacted. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
