<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the target component of an acoustic signal with high accuracy while maintaining other components than the target component. <P>SOLUTION: A coefficient string generation unit 33 is an element to generate a processing coefficient string G(t) needed for suppressing the target component of an acoustic signal x sequentially every unit interval Tu, the coefficient string generation unit 33 being composed of a fundamental coefficient string generation unit 42 and a coefficient string processing unit 44A. The fundamental coefficient string generation unit 42 generates a fundamental coefficient string H(t), in which coefficient values h(f, t) at each frequency f within a specific band B0 are set to a suppression value γ0 for suppressing the acoustic signal x and coefficient values h(f, t) at each frequency f without the specific band B0 are set to a passage value γ1 for maintaining the acoustic signal x.
