<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a casting die with a jacket insert die having higher durability than that of an existing casting die. <P>SOLUTION: The die 2 includes: a base die 10; the jacket insert die 20; and a bore insert die 30. The jacket insert die 20 is a tubular shaped insert die to be set in the base die 10 and corresponding to a space corresponding to a water jacket (filling the space). The bore insert die 30 is inserted into the jacket insert die 20 from a surface 14 side and corresponding to a space corresponding to a bore (filling the space). The jacket insert die 20 is inserted from a back surface 16 side of the base die 10. The jacket insert die 20 includes an outside flange 26 locked to the base die 10 on the back surface 16 side.
