<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing apparatus for a portable device having high usability and capable of stably fixing portable devices having various sizes. <P>SOLUTION: The fixing apparatus includes a first fixing part 10 that is supported rotatably on one side by a first support part 30 attached to a vehicle seat 90, and a second fixing part 20 that is supported freely turnably on the other side by a second support part 40 attached to the vehicle seat 90.
