Provided is a high-frequency signal line which can be bent easily, and for which deviations of the characteristic impedance of the signal line from a characteristic impedance can be minimized. Also provided is an electronic device. A dielectric element (12) is formed by laminating a protective layer (14) and dielectric sheets (18a to 18c), and has a front surface and a back surface. A signal line (20) is a wire-shaped conductor which is provided to the dielectric element (12). A ground conductor (22) is provided to the dielectric element (12), and extends in a continuous manner along the signal line (20), while facing the signal line (20), with the dielectric sheet (18a) interposed therebetween. A ground conductor (24) is provided to the dielectric element (12), facing the ground conductor (22) with the signal line (20) interposed therebetween, and a plurality of openings (30) are provided along the signal line (20). The front surface of the dielectric body (12) which is positioned on the ground conductor side (22) with respect to the signal line (20), is in contact with a battery pack (206). |
