PURPOSE: A fixture for fastening an exterior material of a steel bridge capable of preventing damage to an exterior material using the elasticity of a buffer spring and a construction method of an exterior material using the same are provided to prevent damage to an exterior material by reducing vibration generated in a steel bridge. CONSTITUTION: A fixture(100) for fastening an exterior material of a steel bridge capable of preventing damage to an exterior material using the elasticity of a buffer spring comprises a pair of pressing pieces(110), a steel bridge bracket(120), multiple fixing pins(130), buffer springs(140), a vertically movable member(150), and an exterior material connection piece(160). The pressing pieces are connected to a steel girder installed on the bottom of the deck of a steel bridge. The steel bridge bracket is coupled to the pressing pieces. The fixing pins are coupled to the top pressing piece. The buffer springs are connected to the fixing pins. The vertically movable member is arranged on the tops of the buffer springs. The exterior material connection piece is connected to an exterior material coupled to the side end of the deck of the steel bridge.
