PURPOSE: A reinforcement pouch and a construction method of a vegetation structure using the same are provided to enable the easy installation of a large-sized structure by increasing the size of earth pouches. CONSTITUTION: A reinforcement pouch comprises an outer reinforcement member(10'), an intermediate member(20), and an inner reinforcement member(10). The outer reinforcement member is formed in a mesh shape. The intermediate member is formed inside the reinforcement member. The inner reinforcement member is formed inside the intermediate member in a mesh shape to resist the high-pressure injection of earth.
