A sensor (101) for monitoring open position of cover (12), and a sensor (102) for monitoring close position of cover (12), are provided to the supporter (3). The controller (100) is connected with the power unit, the sensor (101) for monitoring open position of cover, and the sensor (102) for monitoring close position of cover.
