SMART DRAFT GAUGE WEIGHING DEVICE FOR SHIPS

The present invention is a smart draft gauge weighing device for ships, which comprises four balanced floating water tanks (9), with two water tanks at either side of the ship being measured. Two balanced floating water tanks (9) at different sides of the ship being measured are connected by a floating tank transverse connection tubular beam (12) between them, with bottom scanning sensors (7) being evenly disposed on the floating tank transverse connection tubular beam (12), and ship-side scanners (8) arranged on the inner sides of the balanced floating water tanks (9). Elastic centring brackets (4) are secured on the connection tubular beams (13) positioned respectively at the inner sides of a central control room (2) and a pump valve room (3). The device is of high precision in draft gauge reading and of low labour intensity in use, and the operation thereof is safe, convenient, practical and cost efficient; thus it saves the time taken in directly observing the draft gauge outside the ship at present.
