PURPOSE: A battery charging device for a rail bike is provided to improve charging efficiency by attaching a contact member on a connection member of a power supply unit through an elastic member of an electrical conductor. CONSTITUTION: A battery charging device for a rail bike comprises a power supply unit(100) and an electrical conductor(200). The power supply unit is installed between rails in a longitudinal direction and has a connection member. The electrical conductor is installed on the bottom of a rail bike and is electrically connected to a battery of the rail bike. The electrical conductor has a contact member touching the connection member of the power supply unit. Power supplied from the power supply unit is supplied to the battery through the electrical conductor.
