PURPOSE: A fixing apparatus of a vacuum absorption unit is provided to rotate an internal and external-toothed washer in wide range through installing the internal and external-toothed washer between height adjusting spacers. CONSTITUTION: A fixing apparatus of a vacuum absorption unit comprises a mounting holder(110), a height adjusting spacer(120), an integral anti-rotation fixing tool(130), and a vacuum absorption part(200). The mounting holder is coupled with the end shaft of a robot. The height adjusting spacer is coupled with the end portion of the mounting holder vertically. The integral anti-rotation fixing tool is connected to the height adjusting spacer and comprises a circular holder.
